The back of one of these heads is quite possibly mine, in the first row of Led Zeppelin's last-ever show in Chicago on April 10, 1977. (Click the image for a larger version, not that it'll help.) I had to analyze the video like it was the Zep-pruder film to catch the instant where a camera flash illuminated us in all that dry-ice fog. My brother Mike had scored three tix at the astronomical markup of $50 each. We worried it was too expensive! Robert Plant is instantly recognizable with his shirt open to the navel. The spectral blue figure is John Paul Jones, playing keyboards in "No Quarter" (not one of their better songs, IMO).
Here's a link to the video. People actually go to the trouble of syncing audio to silent 8mm films like this. Almost as crazy as my snagging that freeze frame . . .
